W1 Dining News: Central London's June 2026 Openings
June is a busy month for central London restaurants, with Mayfair and Covent Garden leading a strong run of new openings. Here are the launches worth a table this month.

Chez Rose, Mayfair
Opening on 9 June, Chez Rose is a French bistro born of a collaboration between Spencer Metzger and Jason Atherton. Expect snacks such as Comte gougeres with lardo di colonnata and steak tartare, alongside a Sunday roast. Source: Hot Dinners.
Dante, Mayfair

Berenjak, Mayfair
